Derrel Hoy (my husband)
Derrel is my favorite full-time volunteer! He has traded in his lab coat for an equally glamorous gig at the kennel.

Chunk--R.I.P. We lost our beautiful boy at the end of June, 2025. He will be missed.
Also known as Uncle Chunk for his love of puppies. Chunk is an affable loveable Rottie and tries his best to be friend to all.

Arlo
Arlo is our well-mannered, handsome gentleman with a bit of a off-beat sense of humor. He loves to be chased by the other dogs just so he can show off his speed.
Arlo's motto: I'm a lover not a biter!
Crickette
Crickette became a mother of three in 2024, and since then, has taken on the role of bossy mom. Her pups are gone, but the bossiness remains.

Arwen
Arwen is the youngest of the group. She, like Chunk, is a people person. But like Crickette, she's a bit of a dog boss.
Arwen's motto: If it runs, walks or flies I will herd it.
